Klausner, Bendler + Associates, P.C. is a public accounting firm that specializes in fraud detection, forensic accounting and business valuation matters. Its staff of highly trained forensic accountants and investigators have conducted fraud investigations on a national level for such clients as the United States Bankruptcy Court and United States bankruptcy trustees, local law enforcement agencies, white-collar criminal law firms, and a variety of businesses.

Some of the firm's forensic accountants hold the distinguished certification of the Certified Fraud Examiner, which is bestowed upon only a select number of professionals who meet a stringent set of criteria, including strict character, experience and education requirements. CFE's are responsible for resolving a wide range of allegations of fraud and white collar crime. Accordingly, our staff has the expertise to obtain evidence, take statements from witnesses and accused perpetrators of fraud, write reports, testify to findings in legal proceedings, and assist in all aspects of detecting and preventing white collar crime.

In addition, the firm regularly conducts formal business valuations for many different types of businesses. It has developed an expertise in business valuations through a combination of highly specialized training, such as the ABV designation that some of its valuators hold, to the experience and knowledge that has been gained from over twenty years of servicing the financial and accounting needs of its business clientele.
